Lavender and Pepper Steak
Ingredients
1 tbsp Dried lavender
1 tbsp Black peppercorns
1/4 tsp Green peppercorns
1/4 tsp Red peppercorns
1/4 tsp White peppercorns
1/4 tsp Salt
Steak of your choice
Method
- Preheat grill to medium
- Crush Lavender and peppercorns (you can use the bottom of a small skillet) until grounded
- Sprinkle salt on the steaks and rub on the lavender and pepper mixture
- Grill to taste
TIP:
55°C – Rare
60°C – Medium Rare
65 °C – Medium
70°C – Medium well done
